tl;dr – Sounds like this resort has some things to figure out.
Hyatt’s Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa officially opened on June 1, 2025, and many folks, all-inclusive enthusiasts in particular, have been interested in checking out the property. I came across a post on social media, courtesy of user Traveling with Jef, indicating that award availability has opened up for the property for several dates in February. With cash rates well north of $1000 a night, a five-night stay at $1340 would cost $6700. As a Category C property (redemptions start at 21,000 points per night), the redemption value for such a stay in February approaches 5 cents per point.
However, it’s not all fun and games. I looked this property up, and some of the early views are horrible. Outright comical, even. Far away from any notion of a ‘luxury all-inclusive.’
