tl;dr – This will be the first LXR Hotels & Resorts property in Greece.
Hilton’s been making a concerted effort to grow its LXR Hotels & Resorts brand – with over 40 properties currently operational or in development. The latest LXR project will see the brand debut in the popular Greek Island of Santorini, with the Sandblu Santorini.

As opposed to a new build, this property will be a reflag of the existing Sandblu Resort, which, judging from the photos, seems to nail that classic ‘bright white, blue-capped’ building look Santorini is known for. The property boasts dramatic views of the Aegean, and if you’re a fan of ruins, then rejoice as the resort is located near the ancient site of Thira.
There will be 66 rooms.

As far as amenities go, there’s a spa, fitness center, including a beach area, two infinity pools, a spa, a fitness center, a kids club.

For dining, guests can enjoy the property’s two onsite restaurants, as well as a wine bar and bakery.

Reservations are already available from April 2026. I searched a random date in May and saw the following cash rates:

Here’s a look at point rates:

As Santorini is quite popular (and can get overcrowded), this is a solid win for Hilton.
