An unfortunate tragedy occurred Monday evening in Sacramento, California. A medical helicopter used for transporting patients and vital organs crashed onto Highway 50 around 7 pm.
Flight records suggest that the downed chopper appears to be this one.

Thankfully, no fatalities have been reported, and indications are that the chopper was not carrying vital organs at the time. Instead, the aircraft had recently dropped off a patient at a nearby hospital and was on its way to refuel.
Three patients were reported to be in critical condition at the scene and transported to medical facilities for treatment. Here’s hoping all of them make a full and speedy recovery.
