Tl;dr – Hilton will end points transfers with South Korean carrier Asiana Airlines at the end of this month.
I recently visited Hilton’s website while doing research for another piece and noticed the following banner ad:

Clicking to read the message, I learned that on May 31, 2025, Hilton will end its point transfer relationship with Asiana Airlines.

At present, you can transfer Hilton points (albeit at a tough-to-swallow ratio) to the following 25 airlines:
- Aeromexico
- Air Canada
- AirFrance-KLM
- AirAsia
- ANA – All Nippon Airways
- British Airways
- Cathay Pacific
- China Eastern
- Delta Air Lines
- Emirates
- Ethiopian Airways
- Etihad Airways
- EVA Airways
- Hainan Airlines
- JAL Airlines
- Jet Airways
- Malaysia Airlines
- Qatar Airlines
- Qantas Airways
- Saudi Arabian Airlines
- Singapore Airlines
- Turkish Airlines
- United Airlines
- Virgin Atlantic
- Virgin Australia
Most partner airlines transfer at a ratio of 10,000 Honors points to 1,000 miles, though a few partners have slightly more competitive ratios.
Asiana dropping off this list follows a familiar trend, as Hilton has lost both American Airlines and the now combined Alaska/Hawaiian entity as transfer partners over the last few years. That said, I don’t see this as too big of news. As mentioned above, these point transfers aren’t the best use of Hilton Honors points, and if you’re sitting on a stack of transferable bank points, you likely have better means of propping up your miles balance with a given carrier.
Asiana, for its part, has also seen a lot of change. The airline recently merged with its quasi-rival and fellow South Korean airline, Korean Air, and a more unified carrier operation is expected to emerge soon.
