tl;dr – This is the first Signia by Hilton property in the state.

Hilton is bringing its Signia brand to the Midwest, starting with the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis. Projected to open in late 2026, the hotel will be the tallest in the city. Taking advantage of that height, there will be both a Sky Lounge and a lobby on the 37th and 38th floors.

Renderings of the property depict a Club Lounge – unclear if the Sky Lounge and Club Lounge are the same, but it’s great to hear that there will be a Club!

I’m not too familiar with the Signia brand. I’ve never stayed at one, but it’s billed as “a portfolio of hotels with an approachable luxury, offering innovative meetings and events in sought-after destinations.”

Indianapolis does have some draws – conventions, sporting events, such as the Indy 500. The hotel seems to be chasing just that clientele, as it’s huge – 800 rooms.
