Passenger Thrashes and Screams Obscenities In the Back of an Airplane Reminiscent of a Horror Movie [Video]

tl;dr – This is one of the wilder crashouts I’ve seen onboard an airplane.

In a wild/scary/troubling scene, a passenger started thrashing in the aisle of an airplane, scaling the seats and overhead compartments of the last few rows. I’m not sure how this one ended, but before I launch into unseriousness, I want to say that I do hope that this passenger (and anyone else) was able to settle down and receive some much-needed help. Here’s the video:

It’s a bit like the passenger played the Thrash move in Pokémon, and it got stuck past two turns.

Now, I’m not too much into horror movies or thrillers, but I can’t help but say that I see parallels here between this passenger’s antics and some of the best ‘highlight reel’ moves from spooky cinema. Let’s go to tape:

Kid Climbs Wall – The Deliverance 2024 – Similar athleticism here, and I’ll point out that she is moving in a much more constrained space.

…You probably want to turn the sound down for this next one.

Demon Granny Climbs Diner Walls – Legion (2010) – This might be the one. I might be being swayed by the yelling, but the limb manipulation is also a 10/10 mirror.

Spider Walk from The Exorcist (1973) – A classic. It’s really giving those ‘where were you when you first saw the girl Spider Walk’ vibes. Maybe this one is a ‘stretch’ (no pun intended), but I’m sure you get the (motion) picture (absolutely intended).

Again, in all seriousness, I do hope that the passenger in question here was able to get the help they needed, that the matter was de-escalated safely, and that no one (including the passenger!) was hurt in the process.
