You Are Travel primarily collects information when individuals subscribe to our site: [youare.travel]. Subscribing to You Are Travel requires an individual to provide a name and email address, the latter of which is verified via a confirmation link. You Are Travel also gathers information when users comment on posts on the site. This data collected may include the body of the comment, IP address, and browser agent. 

How Do We Use Your Information?

You Are Travel uses your information in three ways:

  1. Authentication: We utilize a native user management platform, allowing users to login to post and edit comments.
  2. Marketing: We may periodically send emails to users, such as our Newsletter (see “Newsletters” below).

Newsletters

Periodically, You Are Travel may send users emails. Users are automatically enrolled in a newsletter when subscribing to the site. Users are free to unsubscribe at any time, simply by deselecting the “You Are Travel” button from the “Email Preferences” page of the “Account” menu, or by selecting the “Unsubscribe from all emails” button.
