Last week, guests dining at Ristorante Brissago at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, were treated to an unexpected live action performance. A raccoon dropped from the ceiling into the dining room. Evidently, one of the guests attempted to corral the raccoon and was bitten in the process. That’ll be four rabies shots, at days 0, 7, 21, and 28, champ. Hope they’re not #antivax!
An employee at the resort, which Condé Nast for 2025 named the No. 1 resort in the Midwest, placed a 911 call, prompting both the deputy’s department and animal control to show up.
