Roomers Frankfurt Joins Marriott’s Autograph Collection

Source: Marriott

Tl;dr – Roomers Frankfurt swaps Marriott Brands.

A minor update on an existing points hotel – The Roomers Frankfurt transitioned from Design Hotels to Marriott’s Autograph Collection. Design Hotels and Marriott have a longstanding partnership where some Design Hotels participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program (guests can redeem and earn points for stays). However, the recognition of elite benefits is spotty, and for some properties, it is non-existent.

Although the Roomers Frankfurt is staying with the “M”, this is a noteworthy change, as Autograph Collection properties are, to some extent, more elite-friendly when it comes to benefits such as complimentary breakfast and room upgrades.

The hotel, according to Marriott, “is referred to by locals as ‘The Legend’ and is located near Frankfurt’s central train station, just a short walk from the Old Town’s central Römerberg square. It features 116 guestrooms and suites, a state-of-the-art gym, and an innovative spa.”

Though it’s a few years old, the FrequentMiler team posted a positive review of a stay at the property here
