tl;dr – Following up on a booking decision from a few weeks ago!
A few weeks ago, I wrote about my dilemma in booking the Anantara The Marker Dublin – specifically, whether I should book through Leaders Club or GHA Discovery, while attempting to trigger an Amex offer for $100 back on purchases of $300 at Minor hotel. I savvily planned to split my bill at checkout between two cards that both had the offer to maximize savings.
Proud to say that the plan went over rather swimmingly…As a nod, here’s the wonderful pool from the Anantara The Marker Dublin’s impressive spa facilities.
I ended up booking through Leaders Club, which granted me complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was pretty robust – there was both a well-stocked buffet and an à la carte menu.
I’ll do a full review of the property in a bit, but here’s one of two wonderful emails from Amex indicating that my checkout at the property triggered the $100 offer.
