tl;dr – Hyatt will open an Andaz in the planned Central Crossing development in Hong Kong.
A Hyatt hotel will be a part of a major development project in Hong Kong, Central Crossing. While there aren’t too many details out there right now (Hyatt has made only a passing mention of it in a press release), we know that the estimated opening date is mid-2027.
The Central Crossing project will include office towers, public plazas, and retail spaces. The structure will feature a modern, two-part tower with distinct high and low zones and incorporate a four-story waterfall wall and new pedestrian pathways.
