Guests visiting Miami airport’s Centurion lounge this past week were treated to a special guest as Chef Kwame Onwuachi was serving up food to travelers on December 5th.
Kwame Onwuachi is the chef-owner of a few popular restaurants, including Tatiana, his New York City flagship restaurant located in Lincoln Center, which the New York Times twice voted best restaurant in New York.
Onwuachi has since opened the well-reviewed Dōgon by Kwame Onwuachi and has plans to open Maroon, a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip.
