What? – ANA Sends Password Reset Cards Via Snail Mail

tl;dr – Is this for real?

I recently attempted to log in to my All Nippon Airways Mileage Club account to check on a potential redemption, but forgot my password. I believe I may have typo’d it when I created it (and somehow confirmed that) as the credentials I have written down ain’t it. So naturally, I attempted to reset it and received the following notification after completing the ‘Forgot Your Password” flow:

“Your password will be sent to your registered mailing address through regular mail.”

Wow. That’s certainly a choice in 2026.
