I haven’t booked a stay through hotels.com in forever. That’s why I was surprised to receive an email today indicating that my status with the Expedia subsidiary had been upgraded to Gold and that I was being given ~$150 in OneKeyCash rewards.
I have no idea why I received this message or these perks. I logged into my hotels.com account to confirm that this was real, and sure enough, my status tier reflected as Gold…
…and I had over $150 in OneKeyCash.
In case you’re curious, Gold status in the OneKeyRewards Program gets you 20% or more off on over 10,000 hotels, 4% OneKeyCash on VIP Access properties, and exclusive perks like potential room upgrades and extra benefits at VIP Access properties.
Anyone else randomly receive something similar?
