tl;dr – Aman will open its Baja California property this coming Spring.
Fans 1) Mexico and 2) the boutique luxury hotelier, Aman Hotels, will be happy to know that the brand’s latest project in Mexico is close to opening. “Located in Baja’s East Cape, Amanvari, which takes its name from the Sanskrit-derived words for “peace” and “water,” Amanvari is set to open in Spring 2026, on its own stretch of white sand beach.”
The property will feature just 18 rooms as well as a set of private Aman Residences. Guests can enjoy sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez, multiple dining venues, and, of course, the signature Aman Spa.
When it comes to market, this will be just the third Aman beachy destination in Mexico or the Caribbean, joining the DR’s Amanera and Turks and Caicos’s Amanyara. That said, an Aman is on its way to Exuma, and its sibling brand, Janu, is also destined for Turks and Caicos.
