tl;dr – Chump change. No biggie, something slight.
LuxuryLaunches has a cool profile on Boeing Business Jets 747-8 VIP Jet product for ultra-wealthy clients.

The “747-8 VIP is unlike any other private aircraft because it provides a true two-deck residence in the sky. With roughly 5,000 square feet of usable cabin space, it is over 11 times larger than the cabin of a Gulfstream G700.”

“Capable of carrying about 75 passengers in absolute luxury and flying up to 8,500 nautical miles nonstop,” the jet can easily connect far away city pairs.

Clients are operating very much in build-to-suit territory and interiors can get quite lavish. Greenpont technologies conceptualized a reno-jet and it included “a private residential wing featuring a master suite with a bedroom, dressing room, office, and full shower, along with additional guest suites on the main deck for companions or staff. The upper deck can house a library, cinema, or studio and the optional Aeroloft module in the crown adds eight private sleeping berths.”

Other “specialty areas such as prayer rooms, wellness alcoves, and secure communications suites” can be added to a client’s preference.
Depending upon a client’s preference and the airframes sourced for conversion, retrofitting costs can range from “25 to 50 million dollars for relatively simple VIP layouts to as much as $150 million for one-off VVIP builds with unique monuments and specialized systems”… “with total investment costs ranging between $450 million and $600 million.”
