Later this year, Marriott will welcome The Sugar House Hotel to its Tribute Portfolio. Located in Winooski, Vermont, about five minutes from downtown Burlington, upon its debut, the 115-room hotel will be Marriott’s first all-electric property and also the first to achieve both net-zero energy performance and LEED Platinum certification.
Amenities and dining highlights include a fitness center, a rooftop restaurant, farm-to-table fare, and a make-your-own maple creemee (not a typo stand in the lobby.
The property also sits beside a 104-acre riverfront nature preserve.
