Tl;dr – The Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia will join Hilton’s Curio Collection, Coming Late 2025
Hilton just gave the soft-brand treatment to a fun property in the famed cave dwellings of Cappadocia. The Elika Cave Suites will join Hilton’s Curio Collection later this year. This is a fun addition for Hilton. In particular, it’s great to see Hilton adding more exotic properties to its portfolio that aren’t from its partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Let’s jump into it!

Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia
A 36-room property, the Elika Cave Suites is composed of 25 cave rooms and 11 stone rooms, offering various room types, including deluxe, suite, pool suite, terrace rooms, and villas.

Wellness takes center stage at the Elika – the hotel’s wellness facilities include a fitness studio, a Turkish bath, sauna, and spa.
The hotel has a well-designed pool that allows guests to admire the cave architecture while performing their best cannonball.

For dining, there’s No. 10 Restaurant, a full-service restaurant that also features local Cappadocian wines. It’s unclear whether the hotel will expand its food and beverage capabilities before joining Hilton.

Other activities include Balloon tours, horse excursions, traditional Turkish dancing experiences, Whirling Dervish shows, and gondola river tours.

Hilton has also been busy with other signings in Turkey. Two other Tapestry Collection signings include the Palazzo Donizetti in Istanbul and the Hotel Konak Izmir. The 79-room Palazzo Donizetti is named for Giuseppe Donizetti, a famous Ottoman musician, and is centrally located in Istanbul’s Pera neighborhood. The 92-room Hotel Konaz appears to be a reflag from Best Western, and is located just across a busy street from the Gulf of Izmir.
This property is a pretty cool get for Hilton – there aren’t many luxury points properties in this part of Turkey, and the immersion this property provides is second to none for the area.
