tl;dr – One of the hit show’s filming locations will be a former palace hotel in Paris.
Fans of HBO’s White Lotus and Paris have a lot to be excited about today. The Mandarin Oriental Lutetia in Paris has been confirmed as a filming location for the show’s upcoming fourth season.

Located in the 6th arrondissement, the hotel boasts several ‘only’ claims to fame, one of which is that it’s the only luxury palace hotel on the Left Bank. It is also the only Parisian palace hotel to have a library, which includes more than 1,600 books, including rare art books and novels.

Notably, there’s a second Mandarin Oriental property in the city, the Mandarin Oriental, Paris which is located on Rue Saint-Honoré and was the group’s first property, having opened in 2011. The Lutetia property joined ‘MO’s’ portfolio just last year in 2025.

While it’s not clear if the hotel will be the only featured property for the season – the show has previously centered Four Seasons properties (though the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok was featured in season 3) – it seems slated for a large role.
In other recently Mandarin Oriental happenings, the hotel chain recently was taken private in a private equity deal, has a snazzy property opening up in Venice, and like many other luxury hotel chains, also plans to launch Nile River Cruises.
