tl;dr – The luxury brand heads to the United States.
Minor Hotels luxury brand, Anantara, recently announced its first US property in Miami, Florida. Scheduled for a 2030 opening, the Anantara Miami Resort & Residences will be a 50-story new build rising on Biscayne Bay.
The project calls 120 resort residences and 100 private branded residences. The hotel will include 50 suites.
No word yet on amenities and offerings beyond the rooftop helipad that will ferry owners to and from home. That’s gotta be the most Miami part of this post.
I’ve mentioned this in previous posts, but Minor Hotels is quietly making moves. I feel like it is shaping up to be an acquisition target for a larger chain.
