tl;dr: The resort will be branded as a Raffles.
Planned for a 2028 debut, Accor has announced plans for a luxury ski resort in Courchevel 1850. Already home to several top-end luxury brands such as Rosewood, Oetker’s L’Apogée Courchevel, Cheval Blanc Courchevel, Aman Le Melezin, and Les Airelles, and a recently-announced-upcoming One & Only (2030), Accor is bringing its A game – the resort will be branded as a Raffles – the Raffles Courchevel. It’s the first alpine property for the Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand.

Courchevel 1850 is the world’s largest interconnected ski area, part of Les Trois Vallées. Featuring just 50 guestrooms and suites, “Raffles Courchevel will occupy a premier position within the Jardin Alpin, the most elevated and coveted enclave of Courchevel 1850.”

When guests are not skiing, they’ll be able to enjoy several amenities, headlined by the resort’s spa. “It will include thermal experiences, a dedicated fitness centre, and a panoramic swimming pool.” It sounds like there will be some activities to keep the kids occupied, as well as there is ‘a carefully considered programme for younger guests — centred on nature, sport, and wellbeing.’

For dining, guests can expect ‘two destination restaurants’, featuring ‘winter gardens and expansive terraces’, allowing guests to enjoy ‘cuisine against a stunning alpine backdrop.’
In a few years’ time, the deep-pocketed traveler will be able to do quite a ‘luxe crawl’ through Courchevel 1850.
