tl;dr – Another luxe property for where else? Courchevel.
One&Only, the luxury resort brand owned by Kerzner International, recently announced its newest project, the One&Only Resorts and Private Homes in Courchevel.
There aren’t a ton of details on the project just yet, but we do know that it will be a conversion/remodeling of the existing Hotel Courcheneige (the Courcheneige hotel’s website already redirects to One&Only).
The existing property has 84 rooms. As the Only&Only will also include private homes, it’s unclear how many guest rooms will be available upon its 2030 debut. What guests can expect are several upscale eateries and a robust spa with thermal offerings for post-skiing relaxation.
The announcement comes at the same time that Accor announced its own Raffles property in Courchevel. Rosewood, Oetker’s L’Apogée Courchevel, Cheval Blanc Courchevel, Aman Le Melezin, and Les Airelles, are some of the other luxury resorts in the area.
This is not One&Only’s first foray into the ski game. Last year, the brand debuted the One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana.
