I love me an informative graphic. Here’s a simple one, courtesy of India IPO, that showcases the biggest hotel chains by market cap.
Some interesting things to see here. I’ve long known Marriott and Hilton dwarf Hyatt in size, but I mistakenly believed the gap to be about 10X – (I could have sworn that was a figure thrown around the internet habitually), but it’s smaller than that ~6.36X. This figure has actually decreased even further if you take the data as of this writing from companiesmarketcapcom.
